In-stock orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day typically ship the same or next business day. Orders placed after the cutoff, on weekends, or on holidays are processed the next business day. If an item on your order is backordered, we will contact you with an expected ship date before proceeding.
Most orders ship via UPS or USPS from our warehouse in Eastlake, Ohio. Standard ground delivery typically arrives within 2–5 business days depending on your location. Expedited options are available at checkout for most items.
Some items we sell — milling machine heads, large machine accessories, and rebuilt components — exceed standard parcel limits and ship by freight carrier. Freight shipments are quoted individually based on weight, dimensions, and destination. We will contact you with a freight quote for approval before charging or shipping your order. A liftgate or residential delivery may involve additional carrier fees; let us know your delivery situation so we can quote accurately.
Parcel shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. The rate shown at checkout is the rate you pay — no handling surcharges.
Please inspect your shipment on arrival. If a package arrives damaged, note the damage with the carrier at delivery when possible, keep all packaging, and contact us within 5 business days at 1-877-DRAWBAR (372-9227) so we can file a claim and make it right. For freight shipments, note any visible damage on the delivery receipt before signing.
