⚠ PLACEHOLDER — return window, restocking fee, and non-returnable categories below are invented. Confirm every detail with HQT before publishing.

Return Window

Most new, unused items may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition, with all components and documentation included.

How to Start a Return

Call 1-877-DRAWBAR (1-877-372-9227) or email us before shipping anything back. We will confirm your item is eligible, issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and give you the return address and packing instructions. Returns received without an RMA number may be delayed or refused.

Restocking Fee & Return Shipping

Returns for reasons other than our error or a defect are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. If we shipped the wrong item or the item arrived defective, we will cover return shipping and waive all fees — that one’s on us.

Non-Returnable Items

The following cannot be returned: cutting tools that have been used or mounted, opened lubricants, coolants, and abrasives, special-order and custom items, and rebuilding service work (covered instead by our service warranty — see Warranty Information). Electrical components may only be returned unopened.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days. Original shipping charges are refunded only when the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges

Need a different size, taper, or part number? The fastest route is usually to place a new order for the correct item and return the original for a refund — but call us first and we’ll figure out the best way to handle it.

Wrong Part? Call Before You Order

Most returns in our business come from fitment guesses. If you’re not certain a part fits your machine, call 1-877-DRAWBAR before ordering — a two-minute conversation beats a round trip through the mail.
