Go to Shopp>⚠ PLACEHOLDER — all coverage periods and terms below are invented. Warranty terms are a business decision for HQT; confirm everything before publishing.
Parts and products sold under the High Quality Tools name are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. If an HQT-brand item fails due to a covered defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it at our option, or refund the purchase price.
Milling machine heads and components rebuilt by HQT are warranted against defects in workmanship and the parts we installed for ninety (90) days from the date we ship the rebuilt unit back to you. This covers the rebuild work itself; it does not cover wear items in normal service, damage from improper reinstallation, or pre-existing conditions in components we did not rebuild.
Products from the manufacturers we carry — including Morse Cutting Tools, Toolmex/TMX, Lyndex-Nikken, Yankee, and Korloy — are covered by their respective manufacturers’ warranties. We will gladly help you start a manufacturer warranty claim; call us and we’ll point you in the right direction and go to bat for you if needed.
No warranty covers normal wear (cutting edges, bearings in service, drive belts, and similar wear items), damage from misuse, improper installation, modification, crash damage, inadequate lubrication or maintenance, or use of a product outside its intended application. Cutting tools are consumables by nature; they are warranted against defects, not against wearing out.
Call 1-877-DRAWBAR (1-877-372-9227) with your order number and a description of the problem. Photos help. We will walk you through the next steps — in most cases that means a return authorization so we can inspect the item.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, remedies under this warranty are limited to repair, replacement, or refund of the purchase price, and HQT is not liable for incidental or consequential damages, including downtime, lost production, or damage to machinery or workpieces. Some states do not allow such limitations, so they may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
