These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of hqtinc.com and your purchase of products and services from High Quality Tools, Inc. (“HQT,” “we,” “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
All orders are subject to acceptance by HQT. We may refuse or cancel any order, including in cases of suspected fraud, product unavailability, or errors in pricing or product information. If we cancel an order after you have been charged, we will refund the amount charged.
We work hard to keep pricing, descriptions, specifications, and photographs accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct errors and to change prices and specifications without notice. Product images are representative and may differ slightly from the item shipped. If a pricing error affects your order, we will contact you before proceeding.
Payment is due at the time of order unless other arrangements have been made with us in advance. Applicable sales tax will be added for orders shipped to states where we are required to collect it; see our Tax Exemption page if your purchase qualifies for exemption.
Our products are machine tool parts, tooling, and accessories intended for use by persons familiar with machine tools and standard shop safety practices. You are responsible for verifying that any part, tool, or accessory is correct and appropriate for your machine and application, and for installing and using it in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and accepted safety practices. Machining is inherently hazardous; HQT is not responsible for injury or damage resulting from improper selection, installation, use, or maintenance of any product.
Shipping, returns, and warranty coverage are described in our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy, and Warranty Information pages, which are incorporated into these Terms.
Except as expressly stated in our Warranty Information page, products are provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, HQT’s total liability for any claim arising from a product or from use of this site shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product at issue, and HQT shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including lost profits, downtime, or damage to machinery or workpieces.
All content on this site — text, images, logos, and design — is the property of HQT or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission. Brand names and trademarks of the manufacturers we carry belong to their respective owners.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute shall be brought in the state or federal courts located in Lake County, Ohio.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
